Dream Car Giveaways makes every effort to behave in a socially responsible and ethical manner. Our terms and conditions do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to play and we have procedures and controls in place to mitigate the risk of underage playing.

Entering prize draws involves speculative spending, so you should always remember the following:

• Don't think of prize draws as a way to make money
• Only enter prize draws with money you can afford to lose
• Set a spending limit in advance
• Never chase your losses
• Don't enter prize draws when you're depressed or upset
• Balance your participation with other activities

If you think you may have a problem with your spending, there are a range of support services that may be able to help you, such as:

• Mind

You can also call National Debtline confidentially on 0808 808 4000. National Debtline is a debt advice service run by the Money Advice Trust.

Spending controls and account suspension/closure

We offer tools to assist you in controlling your spending, including the following options:

• Set monthly spend limits for your account;
• Pause your spending for a period of time that you decide;
• Suspend your account for a minimum period of 6 months up to a maximum of 5 years; or
• Close your account.

Monthly spend limits and account pauses can be set in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

If you want to suspend or close your account, you will need to contact us by telephone 01386 719064 or by email at info@dreamcargiveaways.co.uk. You will need to provide your full name, date of birth and email address when contacting us for data protection purposes.

If you opt to suspend your account, you will not be able to use your account or make any purchases with us for the minimum period of 6 months, or if longer, the end of your chosen suspension period. Your account suspension will be lifted automatically at the end of your suspension period and you can then enter our prize draws again, unless you contact us to extend your suspension period. While your suspension is in place, you will not receive any marketing emails from us.

If you opt to close your account, your access to your account will stop. You will need to contact us if you want to reactivate your account and enter our prize draws again.
