Multi-fuel powered, with either wood or charcoal out of the box, or with gas via the addition of a Karu 2 Pro gas burner, sold separately, it reaches cooking temperatures in as little as 15 minutes. Ready to bake authentic wood-fired stone-baked pizza outdoors in just 60 seconds, it has a high-heat top temperature of 500 °C.

Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub's front-mounted display allows you to cook with precision and receive detailed information straight to your smartphone via Ooni Connect™ and the Ooni app. Easily check when it's the right temperature to start baking with a quick look at your phone. Check internal oven temperatures via Bluetooth and enjoy smart cooking functionality with the included food probe.
Multiple fuel options
Choose your fuel: wood or charcoal for a more traditional pizza experience and smoky flavours, or attach an Ooni Karu 2 Pro Gas Burner (sold separately) for the ease and convenience of gas-fuelled cooking. For wood, choose kindling-sized wood logs.
