There is no doubt that the S15 is one of the most visually stunning cars out there and the design on this 2000's JDM classic is here to stand the test of time. The Spec R features an uprated version of the S14's turbocharged SR20DET engine and is an absolute pleasure to drive, especially with the subtle modifications added to this one (see below). The Nissan Silvia S15 is an incredibly versatile car in just about every motorsport discipline.
The S15 boasted a revamped design which really makes it stand out from its older relatives with aggressive stylings to match the 2000's style and has solidified itself as a true JDM iconic classic. The Silvia S15 Spec-R version is the more sought-after model in the S15 range, which came in either a 6-speed manual transmission (which this one is) or a 4-speed auto. The JDM Spec-R received a turbocharged, 247BHP SR20DET engine whereas the Spec-S had a slightly underwhelming 163BHP SR20DE engine. (Ours is much more fun, obviously!). As well as the engine upgrades, there is also extensive chassis and suspension strengthening, with larger anti-roll bars and strut braces, and upgraded brakes.
